Attend Spark Talks
In the mornings, ten experts will teach you evidence-based tools and techniques for change in 20-minute Spark Talks. In the afternoons, start the hard work of integrating the lessons into your life.

Test New Tools
Test out some of the coolest lifestyle change apps, wearables, devices, services and, other technologies. It's much easier to change habits with the right tools at your fingertips.

Challenge Yourself
Talk isn't enough. You've got to act. You can choose to take up Spark Challenges to measurably improve your life in 30 days. Get cash back if you make the change stick!
Spark Challenges
Each Spark Talk ends with a Spark Challenge for improving one part of your life in 30 days or less.
You can choose to accept one or more of the challenges, and immediately start working on them with mentors, speakers, and friends.
One month later we follow up to see how you did. If you were successful, we give you $30 of your ticket back to thank you for your hard work.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is lifehacking?
We define a lifehack as an efficient, effective method for improving your life. A good lifehack solves a problem you have in your life, often with an element of cleverness, elegance, and speed. We informally think of lifehacking as “scientific self-improvement”. It’s about using the latest science and technology to help us grow.
What do I bring/wear?
Bring your laptop so you can work on your goals. Light exercises are part of the Spark Weekend, so wear clothing that doesn't excessively restrict your movements. If you'd like to get into the spirit, wear brighter colors!
What's your refund policy?
If you can no longer attend Spark Weekend, please email your receipt to hello@selfspark.com. We will issue you with a credit note to the value of your registration, for use against any future Spark Weekends falling within 12 months of the date of issuance. We are not able to provide refunds for cancellation.
What's the difference between Day 1 and Day 2?
Both Day 1 and Day 2 cover Mind, Body, and Sleep. Each day will be a unique experience with different speakers and mentors offering different lifehacks. You will choose which track or tracks you want to focus on each day.
Who's going to be there?
Individuals working on a lifestyle change
Professionals looking for an edge at work
Students interested in lifelong growth
Health & fitness lovers
Mindfulness and meditation practitioners
Lifehackers, biohackers, Quantified Selfers, lifestyle designers, self-improvement aficionados
Wellness experts, doctors, psychotherapists, coaches, nutritionists, personal trainers
Human resources and learning & development professionals
How does the cash back work?
If you purchased a full 1 Day or 2 Day ticket, successfully reach at least one of your 30 day goals, and tell our research team about it, you will receive $30 from your ticket back. $1 for each day of your growth!
Who do I talk to if I have more questions?
